This Month’s Topic: “Conflict Resolution!”

Master and slave relationships hinge on the ability to communicate and resolve conflicts. We invite you to come and discuss openly the challenges and rewards to effective dialog during conflict resolution.

-  How do you open up touchy subjects?

-  How do you get your point across without being a Tyrant or a door mat?

- How do we get resolution without taking a sucker’s choice?

Both myself and slave kelly have had more than our fair share of conflicts, in the end through effective dialog and our ability to find a middle way we have managed to overcome issues and build a strong relationship.  Although we do not have all the answers we would love to have others share their views and conflict solutions that work for them.

• Not presenting and listening properly
• Failure to create results

Positive Dialog

• Always start from the heart
• Create a feeling of safety
• Have mutual respect and purpose
• Know your stories and listen
• Create an action plan
